Pulse1’s Breakfast show - two ‘Letters Play’ contestants needed!

We’re looking for two contestants to take part in the Letters Play game show (regular listeners will know the game). You would need to be in  the atrium by 7.55am on Monday morning to go live on air at approximately 8.10am.

If you would like to take part please email Lucy Edwards ledwards@kirkleescollege.ac.uk by 2pm today (Friday 5 September), two will be selected at random and contacted to confirm they will be the contestants.

To celebrate our first birthday in the Huddersfield Centre, Pulse1 are bringing their breakfast show to broadcast live from the atrium on Monday 8 September. Danny Mylo and Rosie will bring a giant birthday cake and lots of enthusiasm, to broadcast live from our college. The show will help let the public know about the opportunities that are still available at Kirklees College (all sites) including our late enrolment sessions which take place on the evenings of Wednesday 10 and 11 September.

The broadcast begins at 6am, so if you’re prepared to set your alarm and be one of the first 50 into the atrium, you can get yourself a free croissant and juice and join in with the breakfast show! We’d love as many staff and students to come in for the birthday broadcast and will be giving a limited number of party bags to early birds. The show will run until 10am.

Sign the giant birthday card, enjoy a piece of birthday cake and see how a live show is made.

Please promote this to students and colleagues…the more the merrier!
