Music students from Kirklees College are stepping back in time for a gig next week.
Sounds of the 70s and 80s is on Tuesday 11th March at the Highfields Centre in New North Road, Huddersfield.
Student bands will be performing hits from the two decades. Doors open 6.30pm and the first band is on at 7pm.
Admission is only £1 and under 18s get in free with Kirklees College ID badge.
Tuesday will also see the iTunes release of the college’s second EP Barker Records – Woof Trade Vol 2. featuring music written and performed by students.
It has also been produced by students in the recording studios at Highfields.
Tracks on the EP are Barbera Road by Tara Wolfe, Walking Miles by The Final Throes and I Want You by The Shade.
