We are aware of a bug affecting ipad/iphone users that stops them accessing ProPortal eILP from their mobile device running the latest operating system iOS7. 

We are awaiting a fix from Apple for this issue.  If you have upgraded to iOS7 students should either download Chrome from the app store and access it using the Chrome App in the usual manner or you can enable Private browsing mode in the default browser to get around this problem.
